You should never capitalize the seasons

I don't know why, they are holy quarters as far as I'm concerned, proper nouns at the very least. I love good timing, being in tune, I guess you could say it's my lifeblood. For example, my oldest daughter was born on my half-birthday, now isn't that magical?

Summer solstice, hers, winter solstice, mine. Maddie came on the equinox, fall before last. She was my best birth so far, uninduced, all natural. On the very last day of the light.

It's almost springtime. And I hate to say it again, but I mean that quite literally. Riddles aside, no, just kidding. It's almost springtime, take that how you will, now March!

Big Fruit

We love Uncle Jay and his taste for the eclectic. So of course, when we saw this humongous apple at TJ Heaven, we had to get it.
